A. The Micro Pack will allow you to search and select 40 project leads a month. With the Max Pack the figure is 80 project leads a month. Any unused portion of your project lead allocation is automatically carried over to the following month. (Micro Pack example: 25 project leads downloaded in Month One means allocation in Month Two is 55 project leads).

Q. How much does Youscoop cost?
A. There are two Youscoop membership packages - the Micro Pack (£49.00 / month) for smaller businesses and those seeking specialist projects and the Max Pack (£79.00 / month) for those seeking more projects and additional sales & marketing features.

Q. Can I cancel my membership to Youscoop?
A. Yes. Our Risk-Free Guarantee states that a subscriber may cancel their membership at any time without penalty. You would not be charged for any unused months of your membership.

Q. Will I receive exactly the same project leads as other subscribers?
A. No. There are thousands of project leads in our searchable database with hundreds of new project leads added every month. The many different search options available when searching our database plus the fact that subscribers can only download a maximum of 80 project leads per-month make it very unlikely that two companies in the same industry would receive exactly the same projects.

Q. Where do you get the information for your projects?
A. The Youscoop research team acquire news of project investment by expanding companies and public sector bodies from thousands of news and intelligence sources. These include news agencies, City finance services, online market reseach services, UK and international inward investment services, government and regional government offices, trade associations, regional and national newspapers, trade publications and journals, special-interest publications. We then develop this investment news until every project contains the essential information our clients need to approach the investing organisation to bid for tenders, and seek new business.

Q. How will I know if a project is relevant for my business?
A. Youscoop Advanced Search allows you to search by project type, location, value and a host of other parameters so that you can identify the projects you need. Also, our 14 day Free Trial means you can evaluate the suitability of Youscoop before subscribing.

A. Yes this is one of the key features of Youscoop. You can save in a variety of formats including Word, PDF, XLS, TXT

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Membership to Youscoop is for a twelve month period. However, we appreciate that business circumstances change so we allow our members to cancel at any time without penalty. No payment is required for any unused months of membership.

Q. Can I download projects to my mobile phone or PDA?
A. Yes this service is available to Max Pack Members.

Q. Can I share my Account with other members of the sales team?
A. Unfortunately not. Under our terms & conditions, only the original subscriber can use the Account.

Q. We are a very small business and don't need a lot of projects to keep us busy.
A. Micro Membership costs only £49.00 a month and entitles you to receive 50 projects each month. However, if your business has a particularly busy month any used project credits can be carried over to the following month.
